Is your website safe?

Yes, we use the latest security to protect you when you shop with Gift Giant. Your credit/debit card and personal details are encrypted when you place an order with us and our secure server means only we can decrypt your details to process your order.

Can I make any changes to my order once it’s placed?

If you let us know as soon as possible we may be able to make changes to your order. Once it has been dispatched we are not able to make any changes.

I’ve ordered the wrong thing, what can I do?

Deliveries

How long will my order take?

Standard UK delivery is made with Royal Mail 48 which takes 2-5 working days from dispatch, Royal Mail 24 is also available which is a 1-2 day service. For larger orders we may use a different courier.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries in the world. UK is with Royal Mail or DHL for a faster service. The rest of the world is with DHL Express (3-5 working day service worldwide)

Where do you deliver from?

All our products are sent directly from our Leeds Warehouse.

My order hasn’t arrived, where is it?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days please get in touch to let us know. [link to contact us] Most of our orders are sent with Scanned on Delivery Tracking so we should be able to help find your order for you.
