SWAT METAL HANDCUFFS
To Lock: Move the stop bar to the upper position. Press cuff down onto wrist and rotate the jaw until engages the ratchet.
To Unlock: Move the stop bar to the down position, the jaw is then locked. Move the stop bar to the upper position, rotate key clockwise.
Be careful not to use too much pressure when turning key.
Alternatively push down on the safety quick release latch and open jaws.
